I’ve grown up partly on water in Bohusläns archipelago. During summer my family lived in our boat for many weeks visiting new islands and exploring the beautiful nature. I’ve never felt as free as when I ran around the cliffs looking for adventures, swimming to different islands and eating popcorn in the boat by sunset. 
I wanted to capture the rocks and cliffs of the small unhabitared islands but when I was finished painting I only saw a nice landscapepainting and just had to add a fun element - the UFO :)
